Mike Wilkie, an inspirational fundraiser for Duchenne
This month, architect Mike Wilkie's Amsterdam Marathon run raised over £3,200 (and counting), which is going straight to medical research for Duchenne. His family contributed too, creating fashion shows and raising funds at a school. Mike (pictured below, centre) also ran the Paris Marathon for us last year, raising £11,000.
It's thanks to Mike and the many other individual fundraisers who support us with their time and energy, that we are meeting our target of raising a £1m a year to #EndDuchennein10.
Thanks to you all from the bottom of our hearts. Together we are making things happen.
