Dublin Marathon 2023

29 October 2023

Join our #DuchenneArmy in Dublin!

Launched in 1980, the Dublin Marathon is Europe’s 4th largest marathon and a global running event.

This reasonably flat course starts at Fitzwilliam Square in the city centre and concludes at Merrion Square. Exact routing varies, although in recent years the race has proceeded in an anti-clockwise direction around the city, including passing through the Phoenix Park.

The conditions for marathon running are ideal, with the average temperature in October being around 12–14°C… making this race the one to do!

Don’t miss the opportunity to join one of the most loved marathons. Pay a deposit of £75, and commit to raising £1,250 for Duchenne UK. In return for your fundraising efforts, Duchenne UK will pay for your place in the Dublin Marathon.

Join our #DuchenneArmy! Sign up today and set up your JustGiving page. All runners will receive a free Duchenne UK running vest to train and race in.
