A Family and Friends Fund is like having your own charity within Duchenne UK.
They give you the chance to create your own fundraising identity while being part of Duchenne UK’s mission to find treatments and improve lives.
You choose the name, share your story, and decide which area of our work you want to support. It’s personal, meaningful, and completely flexible – and we take care of all the admin so you can focus on fundraising.
Why set one up?
Setting up a fund gives you control without the stress of running a registered charity. We make this as simple as possible for you.
You decide how to raise money and which area of our work you want to support (research, care or technology). If you want to support a specific project, we’ll work together to find the right one for you.

Our fundraising team will guide you every step of the way. We’ll give you resources, advice, and ideas to help you succeed.
