Take part in a clinical trial for Duchenne muscular dystophy
Duchenne Hub UK's work has helped build clinical trial capacity in the UK. There are now many studies taking place at sites around the country and more opportunities for people with Duchenne to take part in research.
Duchenne Hub UK has made it easy for you to find relevant trials and research studies and to register your interest in participating.
The clinical trial finder and central recruitment database are making clinical trials more accessible to patients.

What is a clinical trial?
Find relevant studies and register your interest in taking part
Via Duchenne UK Connect
Sign up to our Duchenne UK Connect recruitment database, which we are launching in September, to hear about research opportunities.
Via the Clinical Trial Finder
Use the clinical trial finder to see what studies are running in the UK. You can search by location, age, and trial type.
When a trial is looking for participants, your information helps sites find and contact you. This gives people more opportunity to connect with sites running trials and get involved in studies relevant to them. It also helps sites find and recruit eligible patients and run trials.
